Hi, I’m Kaylen Mooney
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
I believe healing happens in relationships where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore your experiences without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
As your therapist, I don’t see you as a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I see you as a whole person whose experiences, relationships, strengths, and challenges have shaped who you are today. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may no longer be serving you, build on your resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone different, it’s about reconnecting with who you are, developing healthier patterns, and creating a life that feels more aligned with your values. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, and deeper connection with themselves and the people they love.
Beyond the therapy room I am a devoted wife and mother who enjoys traveling the world, eating good food, spending quality time with my loved ones, and binge watching my favorite shows. I’m someone who believes that you don’t have to have it all figured out and that there is beauty in giving yourself permission to grow, change, and become. At the end of the day I’m human too, and I value bringing the same authentic, warmth, and genuine curiosity into the relationships I build with others inside and outside of the therapy room.
